At The Loft Strength & Flow, our group classes are more than just a workout. They’re a chance to be part of a supportive community of women who lift each other up. Whether it’s strength training or cardio, our expert trainers will be there to guide, motivate, and cheer you on every step of the way.

No matter where you’re starting from, our group classes are designed to be accessible to all levels, ensuring you get the most out of every session. With a mix of strength, energy, and fun, these classes are the perfect way to build your confidence, push your limits, and leave feeling your absolute best.

Fitness without the guilt – and no extra fees!

We understand how tough it can be to find time for yourself, especially when you're juggling kids and everything else. That’s why we offer Childminding – so you can focus on your workout knowing your little ones are safe, happy, and entertained in a fun, supervised environment.

Our childminding service is available for 9:15 AM classes, whether you're upstairs in a Reformer Pilates session or downstairs in one of our Gym Group Classes. Our friendly, experienced childminder will keep your kids engaged with fun activities, giving you peace of mind and the freedom to fully enjoy your class.

No extra cost, no guilt – just a space where you can move, recharge, and be the strong, confident woman you are, all while your kids are having a blast!

At The Loft Strength & Flow, we’re more than just a gym. We’re a women’s-only studio in Baringa where fitness meets community. Our mix of Reformer Pilates, small-group strength, and cardio classes is designed to help you feel strong, supported, and confident no matter where you’re starting from.

What makes us different is our people. Women of all ages and fitness levels come together here to lift each other up. Our female coaches are right beside you with real support, encouragement, and guidance every step of the way.

With flexible class times from 5AM and a welcoming space upstairs and down, every session is built to challenge you and leave you feeling empowered.

28-Day Beginner Experience

Feeling like it’s time to do something for you, but not sure where to start?
Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve worked out. Maybe the studio or gym feels a little intimidating. Or maybe you’ve tried before but struggled to stay consistent because life just got busy.
We get it... starting (or restarting) your fitness journey can feel overwhelming. That’s exactly why we created our 28-Day Beginner Experience — a supportive, step-by-step way to rebuild your strength, confidence, and energy without the pressure.
Over 28 days, you’ll get access to both Reformer Pilates and Gym classes so you can move your body in ways that feel good, not forced. You’ll learn how to exercise safely, rediscover your motivation, and start seeing progress you can be proud of.

Your 28-Day Experience Includes:

  • Access to all Reformer Pilates + Strength + Cardio classes
  • Choose from Unlimited, 3x/week, or 2x/week memberships
  • Personal guidance to find the best starting point for you
  • A supportive community of women who’ll cheer you on every step of the way
